WMC’s Buchen Leaving Organization to Form Lobbying Firm, Will Partner with Hamilton Consulting

The Hamilton Consulting Group is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity that will enhance our ability to provide top quality government relation services to our clients.

For over a quarter century, James Buchen has been the Wisconsin business community’s preeminent advocate through his work at Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) as Senior Vice President of Government Relations. Buchen, today announced he will be leaving WMC at the end of the year in order to run his own government relations firm, which will work in collaboration with the Hamilton Consulting Group.

Buchen will continue to serve the Wisconsin business community through his new firm, which will provide a full range of public affairs services including policy development, legislative drafting, strategy development, lobbying, issue advocacy, political consulting and communications.
