The Legislative Study Committee tasked with reviewing TIF law met for the second time on August 14th, hearing presentations from city officials and other invited speakers. Committee staff have gathered presenters and committee member recommendations into a memo outlining options for possible legislation.

At the next committee meeting, scheduled for September 10th, members will hear a presentation from the Department of Administration and discuss options for possible legislation, specifically those explained in the memo.
