The Wisconsin race between U.S. Rep. Tammy Baldwin (D) and former Gov. Tommy Thompson (R) to replace retiring U.S. Sen. Herb Kohl (D) is tight. As such, it is one of the ten Senate races rated “toss-up” by Real Clear Politics, which means a lot of resources have been focused on this race in determining which party controls the U.S. Senate.
