On February 21st, voters in 6 circuit court districts will head to the polls to cast their ballots in the Spring Primary. This is not to be confused with the Spring Election and Presidential Preference Primary, which will be held on April 3rd. The two top vote-getters in each Spring Primary race will square off in the Spring Election.
