A Wisconsin exchange program brings 18-year-olds from Israel to Milwaukee for a volunteer year of service. We meet two students and hear their concerns about the Israel-Hamas war. Then, we discuss proposals that could affect competitiveness and transparency in the building of utility transmission lines.
