Only a few short weeks after Governor Walker’s inauguration, his focus is clearly set on a new goal: The Presidency.

The Governor took another step toward an official entrance into the Republican Presidential primary fray by forming “Our American Revival,” a committee that allows him to raise money to explore that new goal.

Last Saturday, Walker spoke at the Freedom Summit in Des Moines, Iowa and drew very favorable reviews, including this one from John Dickerson, Slate’s Chief Political Correspondent: “Walker did the most to help himself politically, elevating his stature as a candidate who might achieve the elusive synthesis of pleasing the party base while also attracting a general election audience.” After Iowa, it appears Walker headed to California for an event and is planning a trip to New Hampshire in March.
