Tyler Clark joined the Hamilton Consulting Group in 2024, bringing a decade of experience navigating Wisconsin’s legislative and political landscape. Tyler spent nearly four years as a Policy Analyst for Wisconsin’s longest-serving Assembly Speaker, Robin Vos, where he worked closely with lawmakers, legislative staff, state agencies, and stakeholder groups to advance key policy initiatives. His work focused on critical issues such as workforce development, labor law, tax policy, and transportation—demonstrating his ability to deliver results on complex matters.

Prior to his tenure in the Speaker’s office, Tyler served as an advisor to Assembly Co-Chair of the Joint Committee on Finance, Mark Born, where he honed his expertise in healthcare policy and strategic communications. He also served three years for the former Assembly Majority Leader, gaining a well-rounded perspective on legislative operations and leadership priorities.

Tyler’s political experience complements his policy background. He has successfully managed and supported numerous Assembly campaigns and most recently served as Deputy Director for the Republican Assembly Campaign Committee, where he played a key role in guiding strategy during the 2020, 2022, and 2024 election cycles.

Tyler earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and History from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. His deep understanding of state government combined with his strategic insight, make him a trusted partner for clients looking to navigate Wisconsin’s legislative and regulatory processes.
