PSC Hosting Seminar for Attorneys

Attorneys or members of the public interested in tips on how to practice before the PSC are invited to attend an educational seminar on April 10, 2013 at the PSC. The free, 1.5-hour seminar will help both experienced and novice attorneys navigate Commission proceedings.

The program will emphasize compliance with:

  • Wisconsin Administrative Code Ch. PSC 2;
  • PSC Orders (e.g., Prehearing Conference Memoranda, including updated requirements for 2013);
  • Intervenor Compensation billing and application processes; and
  • Electronic Regulatory Filing System (ERFs) procedures.

Commission staff will also highlight its new electronic-only service process rolled out in 2013. In addition to the planned presentations, the PSC’s Chief Legal Counsel, the PSC’s Administrative Law Judge, and other Commission staff will be available at the end of the program for an extensive question and answer session relating to practice and procedure matters.

Additional information and registration (required) is available on this PSC webpage: http://psc.wi.gov/hotTopics/p&pSeminar.htm
