Groups Take Stand to Defend Job Creation Act Regulatory Reform: WMC

procedure has significant consequences: it resulted in the denial of a
key economic impact analysis of the rule requested by WMC.
Lawsuit seeks data on mercury rules' impact: Milwaukee Journal

from coal-burning power plants have not yet been advanced by the
Department of Natural Resources, but they're already the subject of a
lawsuit.
Business groups sue DNR over pollution rules: The Cap Times, Apr.
29, 2008. The lawsuit is not challenging the merit or substance of the
proposed rule, the organizations said in a news release. Instead, they
are asking the DNR to comply with public notice requirements of the Job
Creation Act of 2004.
