Before joining the lobby firm in 1997, Pat served as the Executive Assistant of the Wisconsin Department of Commerce and Deputy Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations.

His experience in state government includes four years in the Office of Governor Tommy G. Thompson (1987-1991) where he held positions as legislative liaison to the State Assembly, policy director, executive assistant and interim chief of staff to the Governor.

Pat represents clients on various state legislative and regulatory issues including health, insurance, environmental, construction and general business matters.
