Amy L. Boyer, began working for
J.E. Hough & Associates in 1993. She developed a keen interest for the
legislative process and has been a registered lobbyist for J.E. Hough &
Associates, Hough, Fassbender, Osborne & Associates, and The Hamilton
Consulting Group, Madison, Wisconsin, since 1996.
Amy is also active in numerous legislative related organizations and coalitions including the Association of Wisconsin
Lobbyists, Board of Dir.; and Wisconsin Women in Government (Board of Directors, Secretary).
Amy serves as legislative director for several
statewide associate and has developed broad areas of expertise including
transportation, economic development, financial services, tax and energy
issues. She also focuses on grassroots coalitions and implements their
strategies for success.
